CHILDREN OF BARRY COMMUNITY
The CBC mission committee goal is to provide hands-on participation or financial assistance for projects that benefit the children and the youth of the Barry Community. The current focus is on literacy opportunities for the children in this area.
WORK DAY AT SOUTH EASTERN ELEMENTARY
Even people that are in their 80s come out and give a hand!
DEACONS OUTREACH
The Deacons serve the congregation of the church in many ways: congregational care visits to homes, providing guidance, assistance, and food at funerals and their luncheons, financial assistance, and the support of the Ministry Teams and care of our church family.
WORLD OUTREACH
Blessed to be a blessing is what happens when you respond to God's call by going on a mission trip.
Costa Rica
Since 1991, our church has been serving in South America. In 2016, a group of adults sponsored by our church went to San Jose, Costa Rica, where 35,000 people live in a squatter's camp built on a garbage dump. There is no electricity or running water. Our volunteers touched the lives of hundreds living here, by providing medical and dental work, a Bible school program for children, eye glass distribution, and a construction project in the slums. In return, the team members were changed by their experiences, and were blessed to be a blessing.

Students
In July 2020, our Student Ministry went once again to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and worked with Habitat for Humanity to build a home for a family in need.
